A Few Tips to Improve the Texture and or Flavor of Your Protein Shake Meal Replacement:

  • Most common problem- “My shake is too frothy”

Instead of blending on high speed, try blending on a lower speed and use the pulse button

  • “My shake is too thin”

Add a few ice cubes to provide more consistency to your shake

  • “My shake is too thick”

Add more liquid (milk and or water)

  • “The protein powder does not dissolve thoroughly”

Try blending the milk and or water with the ice first and then slowly add the protein powder

“My shake is not sweet enough”

Add a calorie free sugar substitute of your choice e.g. Stevia or Truvia

Try adding flavor extracts like 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavor

** You can refrigerate your protein shake and or freeze them, but remember not to heat them up…. Heat will cause the protein to break down.
